New features for the EntsWeb site

In response to customer feedback we have just finished and activated a site update which adds a number of improvements and few tweaks.

The new EntsWeb site launched earlier this year and over the past few months we have been listening to some brilliant feedback about what you like and love about the site and also what you dislike. In response we have just finished and activated a site update which adds a number of improvements.

The biggest changes take place in the Jobs & Auditions section which has been improved for both the advertisers and the viewers.

Here is a quick rundown of the more visible fixes and enhancements.

• Now when viewing the Job ads you are asked to select the category of job or audition that you are interested in and a filter is applied for you. Of course you still have the option to "View All".
• Before, the job description text was bundled into one big block but now paragraphs and proper spacing make the ads easier to read.
• The job advertiser no longer has to publish an email address which was open to Spambots and harvesters. Now replies can be made with a SPAM protected form that also allows for the uploading and sending of a CV, photo or brochure.
• A password reminder link has been added to the login screen. When you forget your password you can get a reminder automatically sent to your registered email address.
• Customer Reviews & Ratings have been simplified.
• The http:// prefix, which is required to make a site link live, was constantly being missed out by members so the site now automatically checks your link for you and adds the prefix if it is not present.
• Sub-categories can now appear under more than one category making it easier for the viewer to find what they want.

There has been a mass of other tweaks made to the site, some visible and some behind the scenes.
